WHAT IT IS:
A three-hour workshop that gives girls an opportunity to share what’s in their hearts and on their minds in a safe, judge-free space. A multimedia approach is used mixing art, music and film to encourage candid and guided discussions on some of the most common, and often unspoken, issues that face girls at this age.
WHO IT'S FOR:
Middle school girls and those who identify as female.
WHO RUNS IT:
Created by Kindred founder Kerrie L. Cooper in collaboration with Middle School counselors and parents, this workshop is facilitated by passionate and experienced PhDs, MSWs, and Counselors who understand the emotional challenges of middle school.
We partner with youth organizations and clubs who are looking for ways to encourage healthy dialogue so that our children will feel less alone.
